Aji Limo Peruvian
Established in 2021, a classy family-oriented space designed to give you a worldly experience of ancient traditions and flavors.
In the late 1850s, Chinese immigrants brought to Peru their cooking technique and style defined by Cantonese elements fused with traditional Peruvian ingredients and traditions. The wok hei technique is regularly manifested in our most popular stir-fry dishes while the Peruvian tradition of cooking fresh seafood in concentrated lime and spices remains fresh and flavorful in our kitchen.
Traditional Cantonese ingredients such as sesame seed oil, oyster sauce and soy sauces are regularly present in our dishes while native Peruvian elements like peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, onion and lime are deliberately tossed together with your choice of meat, chicken or seafood presenting our guests with flavorful, well-balanced, world recognized cuisine
